I cannot praise the team at Gillotts enough. From the very first phone call to the final day everything was perfection. Helen organized our day, and she was fabulous. She listened to everything we said and asked, she offered some amazing ideas also. The day was perfect in every aspect. It was an amazing celebration of our mums life. We could not have been any happier with how things went. We would recommend Gillotts to anyone wanting a professional company to organize their nearest and dearests final rest.

From the very first contact, Anthony and his team showed genuine compassion, professionalism and attention to detail. During such a difficult time, they made everything feel manageable and handled every aspect with dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available to guide us through each step with patience and understanding.
The service they helped us create was exactly what we wanted for my father – thoughtful, respectful and a true reflection of his life. It gave our family great comfort knowing he was in such capable and caring hands.

From our very first meeting your professionalism, care & consideration of us in our immense grief was wonderful. You held our hands & walked us through everything, you took all of our important personal inclusions into consideration. Even when our memories & stories overran at the service, you quickly navigated this & allowed us this time by removing the hymn, which was totally perfect for us. Excellent service from the first contact with the team at Gillotts.
Anthony contacted me the morning after my husband passed away, he gave me a full information pack in order for me to take my time in deciding what myself and the family wanted for my husband. I never felt rushed in any way and Anthony helped guide me whenever I needed him.
The whole team were very professional, dedicated, caring and polite, nothing was too much trouble.
My husband had a lovely funeral, and Anthony and the team made the day special for us.
A big thank you to all of you.

From my initial phone call to Gillotts, Anthony and his team have been brilliant. My brother and I had a lovely first meeting with Anthony, who helped and guided us through the process. We had a very old 'wish list' from our uncle, some of which was do-able, some not so! Anthony was so helpful and knowledgable in finding lots of old information for us that enabled us to get a lovely funeral in place. On the day of the funeral everything went so well, it was a wonderful way to say 'goodbye'. Thank you so much to everyone at Gillotts who helped us through this difficult time.

Anthony was professional and caring in arranging mums cremation. Anthony listened and gave us advice on different choices on areas of the funeral which was a great help in a sad time.

Losing my mum was one of the hardest moments of my life, and the support we received from Gillotts made an enormous difference. From the very first conversation, they were calm, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. Nothing ever felt rushed or routine; every detail was handled with care, and they took the time to understand who my mum was and what mattered to our family.
The service itself was beautifully organised. Everything ran smoothly, quietly, and with dignity. They guided us through decisions we never expected to make, offering thoughtful suggestions without ever pushing. On the day, their presence was reassuring—professional, respectful, and completely focused on giving my mum the farewell she deserved.
I’m deeply grateful for the kindness and sensitivity they showed throughout the entire process; especially Helen. At a time when we felt overwhelmed, they provided clarity, comfort, and steady support. I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate team to help us honour my mum’s memory.

Cannot recommend highly enough, from day 1 they were beyond caring and professional in every way possible, all staff were amazing but Anthony especially helped keep me calm during the most sad,stressful,anxious time of my life.

Anthony Topley and his team have been so compassionate and caring both with planning and implementing our mums cremation.
