A lovely service to celebrate the life of my mother of 100 years. The order of service was beautifully printed and the visual tribute was well put together.  We were treated with kindness and sympathy at all times. 
Our celebrant was Drew Baxter who gave a great testimony regarding mums life. 
I found Gillots to be extremely professional at all times

As a family we have used Gillots many times. Always professional, always respectful and always go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble...even last minute, they always deliver to make such a sad day go smoothly. I don't know where they get their flowers from but always absolutely stunning! We would like to especially thank Helen who helped us so much with our mothers funeral. Helen was compassionate, efficient, and helpful with all the different decisions that need to be made at a very sad and emotional time. Anthony and the 2 ladies in the office couldn't have been any more helpful they made a horrible and upsetting experience more bearable by going out of there way to make sure everything went 100% OK on the day ,thankyou again for your caring attitude to make sure my beautiful mum had the best send of possible xx

When my brother passed away recently, Helen and Amanda from Gillots at Heanor were amazing . I mean amazing , nothing was too much trouble, I was helped every step of the way with  every question, every phone call I made to them … 

Hopefully in the nicest possible way I won’t need your services again anytime soon but if I did I’d come to you guys
