Amanda was just wonderful from the moment our family contacted Gilliots to arrange our mothers funeral. Amanda followed the families plans,amendments, nothing was too much trouble for her. Everything was carried out professionally, respectful and with dignity and kindness.
The chapel of rest,the hearse, family car and the placing of flowers were all beautiful.
The Funeral Director lady on the day was caring and very respectful.
Thank you so much to everyone else at Gilliots that were also involved in making sure our beautiful mum had the best day.

Anthony and his team went above and beyond for our Mum. From first contact to final handshake, nothing was too much trouble, any questions (and we had plenty) were answered quickly and efficiently. Anthony came to visit us to go through the plan and details and he made, what is a really difficult time, really easy for us as a family. We always felt reassured that our requests were being met. The day of the funeral Anthony and his team were exemplary, carrying out everything with the upmost professionalism. We as a family are truly grateful for everything that they did for us during this time, but the most important part is that we knew that our mum was being looked after with care and dignity and she was in good hands.
