Fantastic service from start to finish, Debbie delt with us throughout and made the whole process much easier and always at the end of the phone if we had any questions, Stuart the funeral director was also really nice and talked us through the proceedings of the funeral, we couldn't have ask any more from them. Kept well informed throughout the whole process and all went very smoothly. Only complaint would be at the crematorium the next funeral party was waiting to go in as we were coming out- I know this is not the co ops fault but felt a bit like a conveyor belt.

We were really pleased with the the care, attention and service provided by Debbie, Laura,James and all the team from East Leake Coop Funeralcare.

Right from the initial enquiry through to the
funeral for our Father Debbie and Laura were very kind and thoughtful, they both made the planning process very easy.

James the funeral director made contact the day before to talk through how the day would go which really put us at ease. His team on the day again were all very professional and nothing was too much trouble even ensuring our Muddy shoes were taken care of.

All in all the whole process was just made so easy by the team and we felt that the team took great pride in what they did.
