The service I received was amazing from the beginning with Sonia and the young gentlemen who picked up Mums Body. Going into the office and organising the funeral with Debby.  She made sure every week that I was okay, always available to me at the end of the phone  if I had a problem. On the day of the Funeral I really couldn’t have asked for more from the funeral director and staff they were very professional and courteous. We were very appreciative of this service on a very difficult day. Thank you all so much

The service we received from the coop team at Triumph Road was excellent. The staff, especially Donna and Debbie, were so supportive to us during our time of loss and couldn't do enough to ensure we had everything we needed to make this time of great sadness as easy as possible. Unfortunately we had to use this service twice in recent years and each time my family were very well looked after. More importantly we think the staff were extremely thought full and courteous to our family members entrusted into their care.

I found the hole process hard too deal with made easier with help from the staff Kim is one ov there valuable members professional but the hole team made the process a step by step process they leed you through he hardest parts gentle but with purpose losing mum is hurt kindness helps sorrow gives a little light in my darkness many thanks

It is not the funeral home that I have had issues with I have left this review due to all of the issues I have encountered with the direct cremation team rather than the funeral home itself. I have had no communication with this funeral home everything went through the direct cremations team. I am sure if the funeral home had contacted me directly the rating would have been a lot better.

The whole process from start to finish was very professional. Manny showed such respect to my mother on the actual day itself, and the whole admin team were thorough, efficient and sympathetic at such a terrible time. The cars were emaculate. The service itself was beautiful and everyone commented on the slideshow during reflection time and the packets of seeds that I purchased in honour of my mother which were given to all attendees. People who had organised funerals in recent years commented that they were not offered these services. It made it all very personal to us as a family. I cannot recommend enough.

The service me and my husbands and our young children received from the phone calls to the visits was outstanding Michelle was truly amazing at everything  she done for us if I asked some thing no matter how strange or weird it was she went out the way to get the answer . Arranging for our beautiful daughter to come home the day before  was no trouble for coop at all from Nigel coming to our home to do health and safety checks to manny and mic lynch and Nigel bringing our daughter home safely and making sure we was happy before they left us they are all fabulous and made a really heartbreaking experience that little bit more bearable Thankyou to all the coop staff who took care of our perish beautiful daughter and made her final journey amazing we want to send a BIG THANKYOU to them all and a even Bigger one to Michelle for making our daughters 14 th birthday that little bit more special in the chapel of rest xx

All the staff at Triumph Road were incredible throughout the process of arranging my dad’s funeral. They were so attentive and sensitive to individual desires. On the day of the funeral they ensured that everything went smoothly  while providing everyone with plenty of space and time to share together.
