The dedication of the team was invaluable from first contacting them to organise my brother's funeral. Excellent step by step communication with me and my family.

Organising/supporting the help with the order of service, viewing my brother the care, compassion, empathy has been very much appreciated by family and friends.
The complete dignity of the team was very comforting to all and can safely say many people at the funeral were very impressed and reassured from the team.

Everything went well. Only comment I will make that the family and myself are upset about the embalming. When I went to the Chapel of Rest to pay my last respects to my husband , I was taken aback as it didn’t resemble him at all therefore I didn’t want our daughter seeing her dad that way as it would have a lasting effect on her. She wanted to spend sometime with her dad , was only able to with coffin lid on. That was upsetting for the family. Otherwise we were happy and a big thank you to Nigel who conducted the funeral.

The care and assistance provided by Co-op funeralcare has been fantastic. They were kind and courteous throughout, very understanding of what we were going through, and made us feel valued and cared for. They made a difficult time so very much easier from the time of my Dad's passing to the funeral itself, I cannot fault them.

The staff and Donna in particular were wonderful. Every last detail was taken care of. Allowing Earl to be with Sian for that hour in the chapel has made all the difference to him and he is settled in himself, a different dog.

I still cannot believe Mum has gone. Mum wanted a simple no-fuss cremation so this is what she got. We did not deal directly with the Coop Nottingham but the Direct Cremation Team. The whole thing went smoothly, we picked Mum's ashes up last night and she is now back home with us ready to be scattered in her favourite place with my dad.
For other family members over the years we have always used the Coop, I just trust them and wouldn't go anywhere else.
