Everything went smoothly on the day, and the staff were very nice and respectful. Unfortunately the office staff sent me a 3 page letter dated the day of the cremation. On page one they told me I should pay £3960 by 23/11/2023. This came as a shock as I had paid the full amount 2 weeks before the funeral. Page 2 was a breakdown of the bill.page 3 showed that I had paid in full and they owed me £15. As you can imagine I found this letter upsetting and rather spoilt the good work that had been done until this time.

All involved were very caring, professional and supportive people who really made these awful set of circumstances easier to bear. They were so understanding and it really felt as if no request was unusual or too much. It came across on a very personal level which meant so much to us.

On the day everything went very smoothly. I was glad that Marissa, the undertaker, was there.,

Before hand, I purchased a cardboard coffin online and that all went well. I was unable to decorate the coffin where and when I was initially told, and gave up due to tiredness.

I wasnt ablae to see my mum's body as soon as I'd wanted. I think it was due to high demand at the time.

Fantastic service from all involved. From moment we had first meeting felt in safe hands at a very difficult time for the family. We were very pleased with the way we were treated, from the first meeting with Chris to the funeral itself. We were very specific about the type of funeral we wanted, including readings, and especially the music; everything was prepared for us with great care and consideration. I'd go so far as to say it was able to be a gentle, thoughtful occasion, appropriate to the much-loved man. Thanks to everyone who helped to make a sad occasion so special.
