Standard Simple Funeral

Service includes:

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

They were all friendly and welcoming the service was well organised and professional the only thing my brother and myself would like to point out the actual funeral place could really do with a bit of updating with a fresh look to welcome more custom on the outside of the building

Beth and Trayce at Aspley handled the funeral arrangements efficiently and with care to take our wishes into account at all times. They were happy to answer any questions and were in regular contact to inform us of progress at each stage.
As the funeral was to take place in Maidenhead, Heidi from Coop Funeralcare there was also in contact with with us nearer to the funeral date. The shared care worked beautifully.
We would recommend anyone to use their excellent and sympathetic services.

The Team at Aspley were absolutely amazing.
They are compassionate and respectful.
Losing a loved one is difficult for anyone but the Team made the the whole situation bareable .
They took the time to listen and made the day memorable in a good way.
The staff even came out to pay their respects as we drove past the Aspley premises to the church which was very heartwarming.
I thank them all so much.

I would like to say that Darren and the whole team went over and above to make the funeral a day to remember for mums life and accommodating all the changes we had to make as her son lived in Australia and was not attending. I cannot praise them highly enough and would not have any hesitation in recommending their services to friends and family for future bereavements.An excellent service and one the Co-op should be proud of.We do not always get to say thank you to the people
who deserve the credit but this was a great team effort.
