The staff at Beeston Funeralcare were absolutely wonderful in supporting the family through the whole process. From our first contact to the end of my brother's funeral they accommodated all of the family's requirements including helping his closest relative, his daughter, through the process. The process was complicated by the fact his daughter lived in Australua and the whole family were coming to the UK for the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and with care and sensitivity Beeston Funeralcare finalised all the arrangements and the service in the very short time after the family arrived from Australia. I can not thank them enough for their care and understanding and enabling a wonderful service. I would particularly like to thank Michelle for her help over nearly 2 months prior to the funeral

The coop in Beeston were so respectful from the minute they picked mum up from home, I felt supported as we put mums wishes in place, Michelle was unbelievable even though we had never met she supported me as a really close friend, when the GPs let me down at the worst time Michelle stepped in and went above and beyond to try and help she was amazing so i would like to say thank you so much to her in particular.
