Michelle was very approachable kind and helpful. She managed elegantly what was to us a complicated situation where my mother's funeral took place in the South of England. So thank you.

I was however upset to receive a call from Co-Op HQ trying to sell me legal services. That was frankly appalling. How anyone can think it is appropriate to make that kind of call to grieving relatives is beyond me. Presumably the business case overrides compassion?

The care the staff gave myself and family was more then I could ask for ,keeping me informed at all times , my late father in law was looked after with care and Dignity.

Family deaths, or indeed any death is devastating, life changing and difficult to deal with. However when you meet two of the nicest people who could ever wish to meet to help you deal with the situation, it makes the world of difference. Michelle Barker and Anna Freeman have been those two people for me and I will never forget the compassion, care, kindness and understanding they have shown when dealing with the funeral arrangements for my mum.

We have known the name Ginever since we were young people growing up in Beeston. Their premises may have moved over time but the traditional service lives on. From the first contact to the final event we were kept in regular touch regarding every aspect of the funeral. Nothing was too small and their attention to detail was excellent. All the staff were courteous and never failed to meet us with a smile. In short we had a good funeral for my 95 year old aunt.

From the first point of contact, after my late mother was taken into the care of Ginevers, I have to say that Michelle was excellent. 

Throughout the whole process, and which of course is not a pleasant experience, Michelle was both exceptionally empathetic and professional. 
Thereafter and whilst making the arrangements, she exemplified the epitome of excellent customer service and support and kept me informed at all stages of the process. 


Michelle is a credit to your organisation and I trust that my comments, albeit anonymised (though I am more than happy for it to be otherwise) will be given to her in positive feedback.

Laura & her colleagues at Beeston Funeralcare could not have been more helpful. We were kept informed every step of the way & Michael was treated with the utmost care & dignity.
On the day of the funeral, Nigel & his colleagues made the day much easier for us. Steve, the Celebrant is a lovely, kind person & spoke so well about Michael's life.
My only criticism would be about the Financial expert we were put in touch with. We were very much given the 'hard sell' , not really appropriate at a time of grieving.

I cannot say a big enough thank you to the team. The funeral for my Uncle was just perfect. I felt well advised, well looked after and everyone at the branch was lovey, caring and understanding. It was a comfort and pleasure to have my Uncle in their care for his last journey.
