From start to finish the whole team gave an exemplary service. Friendly, sympathetic, caring, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our whole family felt supported, listened to and cared for and we felt that the team made an effort to get to know our loved one too which was very important to us. They made a difficult time more bearable.

Thank you to Collette,Jess and the team at Arnold funeral care. They do everything possible to make your sad occasion run like clockwork. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. When we changed our mind at the last minute Collette was most accommodating to get our wishes granted.
They don't try to sell you their extra services if you don't want them.They even suggested their own florist who we could deal direct with if we wanted, which we did.
I would also like to thank them for suggesting the celebrant for the service, Ingrid who expertly put into words my partners life.
