Mum had a pre-paid plan with the Co-op which simplified matters. Everything that we asked for and all the last minute changes that we made were dealt will in a very understanding and professional manner. Roy, out funeral director, needs a special mention as he went out of his way to make sure that things were done as efficiently as possible even though two bank holidays made the planning much more complicated. Our sincere thanks and appreciation go to all those who were involved in making mums funeral a celebration of her life and as such a time where we the family could reflect fondly about the many happy years she lived.
