This is the second time in 12 months I have had to organise a family funeral; my mum last summer; and my aunt this last month, and both times the wonderful team at Cramlington have gone above and beyond to make such an upsetting time, as calm, and the day run as smoothly as possible. Last August Kelly & Gary looked after my mum's funeral beautifully, and this month Claire and her team did just as great a job and put my uncle and us all at ease. Thank-you also to Lindsey and Doreen who I met and spoke to on many occasions throughout the process. We really appreciated your kindness, and the sensitive way the whole team dealt with us all. Lovely and highly professional service!

Every member of staff we had dealings with were excellent at what they do ,Gary kept us informed and even sent courtesy text and calls to see how we as a family were coping.

Only 2 points that came to our attention on the day,1.Sound in the overflow chapel not good.2.Name plate not correct in garden of remembrance,it read Mrs Leslie Shiell instead of Mr.You could say these points were down to Blyth Crematorium but I feel they should have been checked before hand.

what was and still is a very emotional time for myself and my family ,the staff at Manor Cottage Cramlington were exemplary in their efforts to make things as easy as possible. Dealing with all our requests professionally and with great kindness, patiently allowing us time to consider suggestions and responding professionally with a degree of sympathy
Little touches that we may have thought un doable were accepted and fulfilled by the amazing team they have there
Myself and my family cannot thank them enough and should we need this kind of service in the future we would not hesitate to contact them again .

Found all the staff at the Cramlington home to be really friendly and helpful. They ensured I was kept fully up to date during the whole process and took a lot of the stress away from my shoulders. Both Claire and Julie were fantastic - always available for any questions and offering help and guidance to ensure everything went smoothly. Also, Ann Thelwell our Celebrant was fantastic - having no doubt performed 100s of services she came across as really compassionate, caring and sincere - it felt like she really knew my dad!

The staff at Cramlington we very good and helped me through all the funeral arrangements. They were always polite and got back to me when they said they would. I received calls throughout the time we were waiting for the funeral to happen and got a follow up call the day after the funeral just to make sure we were happy

My son and I were looked after from day one. All our requirements were met from day one by both the Cramlington/Blyth and Nottingham (Carlton) teams. All communication was proactive and we never had to chase information once which was a great weight off our mind at a difficult time.

Lyndsey and Roy were absolutely fantastic in the taking care of my mams funeral there professiolism was first rate so very friendly they took care of my mam and us as as family can’t thank them enough
