Never felt so bereft - coop funeral cremated my sister without telling me - communication has been horrendous with the complaints team - will never recommend them to anyone Made to feel I had lost a suitcase at King’s Cross station -.they had no empathy - Regards Sue Youl

Excellent service provided, took every aspect under control and advised appropriately. Very compassionate and kind we all work undertaken. The service was first class from start to finish, this included prior to and after the funeral service. The upmost professionals. Would definitely recommend the co-op funeral service to others with out hesitation. Truly amazing, professional and kind natured individuals and as a professional team also.
