In our time of deepest sorrow, the care and support we received from the funeral director were truly exceptional. From the very beginning until the end, they stood by us, guiding and supporting not just my mother and me, but our entire family. Their team, led by Andrew, went beyond our expectations, ensuring every detail was handled with utmost care and compassion. I must say a special thank you to Vicki too, amazing. They honoured and cared for my sister, our most cherished loved one, from the moment they took her into their care. I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional service during this most difficult time. They have our highest recommendation for their unparalleled support and dedication.

We were very happy with the service we received from our first meeting with Vikki & Andrew & all the way through the whole process during a sad time. Lily was always lovely when any family member called & Andrew was so kind & understanding at all times during the few weeks leading up to the funeral & on the funeral day.
The family were made to feel comfortable during visits to the chapel of rest & we were all pleased to see dad looking so peaceful.
The celebrant Jayne who was recommended to us was also kind & gave a lovely service.

The team at Grange Park could not have been more helpful. From the first day they were kind as well as efficient. I felt totally supported as I was sensitively guided through the process from beginning to end. The funeral itself was perfect and exactly as we wanted it to be.

The family were very pleased with all aspects of service during this difficult time. Very professional and supportive service provided by Vicki who guided us through the whole process.

On the day of the funeral we were contacted by Natalia in the morning to inform us that flowers had arrived, also that everything is in place and asked if we needed anythinge else. This was very reassuring.

On the downside when i ended up getting through to Central on the phone this was proving difficult and frustraing as the guy at the end of the phone was unsure how to help.

Overall though i would recommend your service.

Unbelievably lovely service in every way. Completely professional yet super caring and genuinely wanted to help us every step of the way. I’m my opinion they went above and beyond and gave my Dad the most beautiful send off that my daughter and I will treasure forever.
Especially a massive heart felt thank you to Vicky, Andrew and Tony - all very amazing at their jobs. Feel blessed to have met them all and my father would be very proud about his send off.
Vicky even knew who the perfect for would be for his service which was the incredibly talented Jane. Andrew was incredible on the day and Jane made it extra special ..

We are so pleased we choose Grange Park Funeral Care as Andrew and Vicki made what was a very stressful time much easier with their compassion and care. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the communication was excellent. With their suggestions and guidance everything ran like clockwork and we did not need to worry about a thing. They recommended the perfect celebrant for us, Jayne Harcock, and went the extra mile by honouring Tom on the day with red ties. Tom was an Arsenal supporter and it was lovely touch. Our sincere thanks to all involved.

What a lovely team. Andrew, Vicki and Tony made what we thought was going to be a horrible process into something we could face more easily. We were given advice and support from the start. Nothing was rushed and they looked after our departed loved one with respect and dignity. Eleven out of ten any day.
