Melanie and Shaun were both kind, understanding, sympathetic and explained thoroughly all the options to allow me to make my choices in such difficult circumstances. They were professional throughout but were also friendly making me feel better and calmer when I left. Everything went very smoothly and they helped at every stage without pressurising me. They suggested a celebrant who did an excellent job, no one believed he didn’t actually know my late husband.
I can’t thank them enough.

We will never be able to thank Country Funerals, Towcester enough. The incredible care and kindness they showed our Father and the whole family from the very beginning to our final farewell was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble to them and our heartfelt thanks to their whole team for making a heartbreaking time more bearable.

Mel & Sean are so personable and make something so difficult, very easy. Lovely touch having the dogs on site. Everything was perfect on the day, even arriving early, which would have pleased Dad as he was always ready earlier than he needed to be. They also matched us with a great Celebrant. I cannot speak highly enough of Country Funerals.   A daunting task was made so much easier by the professionalism of Shaun & Melanie.   From initially speaking to Shaun on the phone and just half and hour later him arriving at my home to collect my darling Patrick, we as a family felt reassured every step of the way that everything would be ok with Melanie and Shaun guiding us through. There was no pressure, they just said  “you tell us what you want and we will do our utmost to do it for you”.    
They certainly did, Patrick’s funeral last Thursday was commented on by all how beautiful it was.
Thank you so much Shaun and Melanie, I will be forever grateful for your kindness and sensitivity at such a sad and challenging time.

I cannot praise Shaun and Melanie from Country Funerals highly enough for the compassionate and professional manner in which they dealt with mum's funeral. From the very start of the process they were kind and considerate and dealt promptly and patiently with my questions and requests. I felt totally confident in their ability to handle everything and put on a great service and burial for mum, despite me being 10,000 miles away. At a very sad time for us ,Shaun & Melanie from country funerals helped us in so many ways including putting us in touch with Natalie Foster the celebrant who conducted the service. The entire process was handled with great care and compassion and we never once felt under pressure to make decisions. The service at the crematorium ,again , was conducted with great dignity.
