The funeral was for my mother. It was just as I think she would have wanted it and could not have been better. It was very easy to arrange with the people who work there, and they were very easy to talk to and reassuring. Thank you.

*I wasn’t impressed with the length of time it took to collect mum from her care home, after she’d passed away. 
*I repeatedly pointed out the grammatical errors on the order of services emailed to me. 
*I was emailed someone else’s order of service, which shows lack of attention to detail. 
*I repeatedly asked for the cost of a limo to come off the total balance and it still wasn’t deducted, when I received the final invoice.
*I was surprised by a £70 cost on my final invoice that hadn’t been quoted or discussed in the initial face ti face meeting. 
*Despite the above, Tony was very caring and professional, and treated my family and I with respect and empathy, however the above aspects will definitely discourage me from using Co-Op funeral services again.

I found the Co-op Funeralcare, Barrack Road, Northampton to be very professional and helpful at a very sad time. They explained the process and costs thoroughly and were very sympathetic.
I would recommend there services to others.

It's hard to review a funeral, especially as it was my son. However, throughout the whole process, the co-op funeral directors (especially Lisa) have been passionate, professional and caring, which has somewhat eased our pain. Communication was extremely good keeping us up-to-date at all times of the process and any changes, ensuring we were happy. Aiden's funeral and wake went without any issues because of the professionalism of Natalie. We thank you for ensuring Aiden had the service he truly deserved. 100% recommended

What a wonderful and caring team, they helped from the very first phone call even though I hadn’t decided who I was going with. My family have used them for our parents and now my brother and my husband and they always show real respect and dignity to everyone

I cannot fault the service received from start to finish. The excellent professionalism shown by all staff, especially Tony and Natalia was outstanding. Natalia at the Northampton branch was so professional and so caring. From the moment my daughter enquired about cost of funeral and things to have she went through it all with my daughter. When my husband passed they we met Natalia to discuss the funeral and she was so lovely. 
Everything was just perfect and so many people have said to us what a lovely service and how professional the co-op team were. 
The day of funeral we got to drive by the sixfields stadium which made it extra special being able to do this. Nothing was too much trouble, even when myself and daughters went to see my husband they were so caring Beth,Lisa and Tony there to help and make us cup of tea. 
Just little things that showed us they really do care.
Natalia is one very special lady who is perfect for the job she does. 
Thank you to all the staff at the Northampton branch.
