Pre-paid Funeral arranged by the Co-Op on BARRACK Road Northampton. Professional and sensitive from the outset, which is especially needed. Additional. Options were lovely although expensive. Our Funeral Director on the day (Angela) Was excellent and added class to our bespoke service.. My dad was in safe hands as were we as a family

The dignity, care and attention to every detail we requested was absolutely perfect in every way. Our mum was treated with the highest of respect by each and every member of the team. Natalie  , well what can we say, on the day, her respectfulness to mum on every step of her journey home, the reassurances she gave our family to allow us all to carry out our wishes, her mindfulness and attention to detail. We could go on! Absolutely excellent in every aspect.
Our mum was in the best of care without a shadow of a doubt. There is not enough gratitude for the whole team to show you how much you helped us all throughout the toughest times of our lives. Thank you

The whole team we're professional, caring and respectful.
Natalia went above and beyond at the funeral of my Husband, she was so attentive to the immediate family throughout the the whole day, but also looked out for others too. I had many comments from family saying what a lovely lady she was and so professional. She certainly know what she is doing and makes everyone feel at ease, in such a hard and emotional time. The care and compassion coupled with the efficient handling of our mother’s funeral made our choice of the Co-op a wise one.  We had received several recommendations in favour of their service and we were not disappointed, special thanks to Bethany and Victoria.

You did not provide what we paid for. At 14:30 on 16th June 2023 the cross bearing his name was not in place and it was confirmed by a replied email requesting why it was not there. We are considering taking action to find out why we were shortchanged, it's unprofessional to charge for services that you can't deliver. Am planning to put it on social media that you have taken advantage of a bereaved family. It's a shame for Co-op Funeralcare.
