I cannot praise this branch of the Co-op funeral care highly enough. We had a lot of complications following my daughter's death and things were very drawn out. Barrack Road staff were so patient and helpful throughout. They were also able to transfer her ashes to our nearest funeral care branch to facilitate collection after her cremation as we live a considerable distance away. Special mention must go to Daniel for his thoroughness, honesty and compassion.

Liz, Heather and Natalia and the rest of the funeral staff were supportive of myself and brother and family . Heather was great reading the service and even checked my dads service and took some bits from that reading to add to mums reading.

Natalia remembered that she was part of the funeral staff for my father's funeral back in 2020.
