Kim in the shop has been amazing, so patient and kind. Also Marcus on the day was fantastic.I chose Coop as it was recommended by a friend and i will recommend to everyone. Both are a credit to the company at a very sad time.

Every one at daventry branch are very helpful and treat people with respect and dignity .they kept us informed every step of the way our loved one was treated whith exceptional care and respect .The funeral went really well on 07.07.2016 all staff involved on the day where very helpful and we all where treated respectfully many thanks .

My lovely husband had his funeral and service catered for by your team and i have to say how very grateful i am for the whole process,he was treated with dignity and care,and for that alone i am extremely thankful.

The service itself was wonderful,if you can call such a sad occasion wonderful,but Shirley made the whole thing be what it was,a celebration of Stuarts life and he would have been laughing and crying along with everyone else.

So what i am trying to say in a very confused way is,thank you,from myself and our sons.
