I have to applaud my contact the office Kim. She guided me through the process with kindness, calm and professionalism.  I felt a friend was helping me to find my way through a difficult path. I felt the funeral could not have gone better though refrained from saying so to the family, but the week after my nephew told me he’d been saying to his friends what a great day it had been. The Daventry Branch of the Co-operative Funeralcare helped us through the very difficult time of organising a funeral.  The staff showed sympathy and support and were always available to answer questions.  On the day of the funeral, the arrangements ran very smoothly and the family were able to say goodbye in a very calm and relaxed atmosphere.

At such an awful time I couldn t have had a better line of help and care from the girls ..... Mags and Kim were so helpful, understanding and had all the time in the world for me. Nothing is too much trouble for them . Also the support from all at the Rugby branch was fabulous too.
