My mother died from a short Illness and we contacted Hayley and her team prior to her death so it would be arranged for when the time came. Hayley was so professional and assured us Mum would be cared for after her death.  I had never handled a funeral before and Hayley talked me through the whole process with the upmost sympathy and respect. 
Mum was so well cared for and Hayley was always at the end of the phone when we needed her. The funeral was handled with such precision and professionalism and I could not have got through any of it without her. We wanted a family run business to look after our beautiful mum so we knew she would be well cared for and this is exactly what we got and more. 
I cannot recommend this team enough, my dad even pops in to see her now and then to say hello. She has become a family friend. Hayley and the team, we will always be grateful for all you have done for us and mum

I cant recommend Hayley and her team at Darleys enough. The before, during and after care is second to none and made the whole day alot easier for myself and my family. The chapel was peaceful and respectful and we got to spend some final moments with mum in perfect surroundings. The attention to detail was outstanding and nothing was to much for them in the planning of the funeral.

Could not have asked for a better group of people than Hayley and the team at Darley’s to support us in the arrangement of my Dad’s funeral. Rather than an impersonal tick box process, Hayley & Julie really took the time to get to know my Mum and I and the life we had with Dad and the kindness, sensitivity and compassion they showed us (and most importantly, my Dad) has been second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and we can confidently say they have made the worst time of our lives much easier (if that is even possible). We didn’t even know where to begin with planning my Dad’s farewell but the Darley’s family made sure the process was as pain free as possible, allowing us as much time as we needed to make every decision. Darley’s ensured the day was the perfect celebration of his life and for that, we really cannot thank them enough. Every step of the process has been exemplary; initial planning, the day itself and our ongoing after support. Funeral care is neve ... r something you want to be able to recommend to others but we really could not recommend Darley’s enough, they are a very special group of people.  more

I would like to say a massive thank you to Hayley Spencer and Julie Darley-Richmond and the rest at Darley Funeral Directors for everything they have done. I can’t explain how much they have been a comfort to us and supported us through this process. They have been absolutely amazing!! I would recommend them to anyone if they are in the unfortunate position of losing a loved one. I have definitely made some new friends there and will keep in touch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There could never be enough words to express how incredible our experience with Hayley, Julie and the rest of the Darley’s has been. Throughout the hardest time in my life they have been there 100% to support us and the care my beautiful Mum received was outstanding. From collecting Mum, right up until (and after) her completely unique funeral, nothing has been too much trouble. We have felt like we were the only people they were looking after (which wasn’t the case) - time was never an issue. 

I will be forever grateful to you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart 💜
