At such a traumatic time at losing Mick, John was just so reassuring and understanding. 
The whole process was made so easy and comfortable. 
Everything was explained and our   own ideas were all well received. 

Lucy who took Mick and ourselves through the crematorium service was also very lovely. 
The pall bearers ( friend’s & family) who had never done it before were put at ease and everything went smoothly. 
We had a photo montage and it all was streamed to Australia live which all worked perfectly. 

They also recommended Alex as our celebrant who was just superb.
She came and spent an hour with the family and the same day had written the best eulogy which summed Mick up perfectly. 

Would definitely recommend Fielders for a personal, friendly and professional service.

Support with other aspects of the funeral were no trouble.  You just had to ask.
