All staff very professional, can't think of anything doing differently. They kept in touch and with us during our 4 weeks wait for the crematorium. I cannot thank Jon and the team enough for the love, support and compassion they have shown myself and my family during this difficult time. We were gently guided through the whole process by Jon, who whilst allowing us to make the decisions of how and what we wanted for the funeral, took care of all arrangements including the celebrant, flowers and even arranging a venue for the funeral tea.

From start to finish, Fielder and Son were amazing. They completely took the weight of organising Mum's funeral from our shoulders. They were kind, respectful and efficient.
