I cannot thank John Tattersall enough for how sensitively he handled the whole process. From the very first meeting I felt in safe hands . Attention to detail was always at the forefront and no change was ever questioned just met with understanding. All the rest of the team I met were also very kind but equally efficient . Thank you for making a situation none of us want to be in the best it could be leaving a sense of comfort, relief and contentment in the following days
