Founded in 1986 by brother and sister team Graham and Christine Roberts, is a proudly family-run funeral service based in Scarborough. Now in its second and third generations, the business is led by George Roberts (2nd), who oversees all funeral arrangements with the support of his mother Amanda, Amelia (3rd) along with the dedicated teams of funeral operatives.
G Roberts acknowledges that every person’s life is unique, and they are dedicated to reflecting that individuality through thoughtful, personalised funeral arrangements. With decades of experience, they have built an excellent reputation for compassion and professionalism in Scarborough and the surrounding areas.
The head office is located at Sherwood House, Scarborough and is designed to provide a modern, welcoming environment, offering comfort and support during one of life’s most difficult times. Just 30 metres away, their chapels of rest remain at the original premises at 6/8 Sherwood Street, offering a peaceful space for families to spend quiet moments in reflection with their loved ones.

It went really well and to plan.But we weren't aware it was a short service and it was extremely rushed as we left the crem,there was stress to get the cars moving..I think we would have gone for the longer service had we known.

George and his team were exceptional throughout the whole process. Their attention to detail was second to none. The funeral was exactly as we wanted and I'm sure my Gran would have approved!
