Karen at Co-op Funeralcare in Richmond, North Yorkshire, was absolutely wonderful in the handling of both my Mum and my Dad's funeral. She was helpful, sympathetic and informative at just the right times and exactly the right amounts - which is really important at such an emotional and sensitive time.

Lack of empathy by staff in the office, also I really don’t think I needed to know how hard it was to remove mums wedding ring and be asked as to why she only had one leg
