Fielder & Son were excellent throughout. They responded quickly initially and then shared the many options available together with some sound advice. Light touch phone calls throughout the planning stages kept us on track and the final event was handled smoothly, professionally and with sensitivity.

My family and I are very grateful to Lucy and the team who cared for us after the passing of my Mum. We were treated with the utmost compassion and patience from the get go. 
Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them and they worked with us kindly to give my Mum the best send off that we could have hoped for.
I would highly recommend the service that Fielder & Sons provides. They have a superb team who will compassionatly help to guide you during a very difficult time.

From start to finish the service was exemplary.  They delivered exactly what we wanted in the way we wanted.
In addition when removing the body, visiting us and at the crematorium great compassion was shown in a genuine way to those who had been bereaved.
