As a family we were treated with the upmost respect at all times and were fully informed at all times of the proceedings to follow. We felt that we were consulted at every stage of the process and know that staff went out of their way to find appropriate music and poem recitals that we requested. Overall an excellent service and the family appreciated the way we were looked after by Joe Guest and his team.

Upon walking through the door I was treat with compassion, understanding and respect. The team there recommended a celebrant for the crematorium. Andy was great and would be highly recommended. The team at Coop funeral are Redcar kept me informed all through the process, they helped make it as painless as they could. On the day of the cremation they met every family wish. My father was treat with dignity and respect for his final journey. Joe was brilliant and made sure our worst day went as smoothly and respectfully as was possible. My family and I can’t thank them enough.
