From start to finish Joe and the team at Redcar have been incredible, the care and compassion we received was wonderful I had complete confidence that everything would be handled with the utmost professionalism  ,nothing was to much trouble.

Very good service but very expensive-suggest newly bereaved "shop around"-I didnt because I was working from a distance(manchester) and needed assurance of good service-which I got.

The friendliness of the staff, combined with their professionalism, made a very difficult time for the family much easier.
We were talked and supported through all aspects of arranging the funeral, visiting my Mother in the Chapel of Rest most days, well looked after on the day of the funeral itself and then with the aftercare too.

This was a double funeral. Two funeral directors working together both helped to pave the way for me, and the family , with empathy , humour , support, advice. The day went relatively smoothly, with the odd change but well managed.

Our funeral was for a colleague at work who was a bit of a character. He planned his own funeral and had a few unusual requests, the staff from the Co-op Funeral Services at Redcar could not have been more accommodating.

They approached each request with professionalism, dignity and respect. They offered support and advice where needed to make the whole event memorable for all the right reasons.

We could not have asked for more, funerals are always a stressful time however because this team of people went that extra mile, they removed as much stress as was possible and for that we will be eternally grateful.

We thank all the team, but I think special thanks should be given to Jo and Coleen. I hope this review portrays how truly special these people are.
