All the staff were absolutely amazing. We unfortunately lost both my mum and dad within a few months and the staff at Middlesbrough looked after us for both funerals. From my first telephone call to the directors they have been absolutely amazing and so supportive. They collected my mum within 2 hours and have been so helpful and kept me informed at all times.
