I worked with Jeannie to arrange my Dad's funeral and she looked after me and family throughout. From the initial meeting to start arranging the funeral, jeannie was very helpful, offered advice and there was no pressure to use services that we didn't need.
Nothing was a problem for the staff and adjusted to changes when we wanted them and were very reassuring when we visited our dad in the Chapel of rest, which again they did everything they could to make sure it was right for us. I had friends of my Dad, message me to tell me how friendly the staff were and how they went out of their way to help.
The staff would regularly keep in touch with myself and family for updates.
We had some small glitches around timings of the service, which wasn't the fault of the funeral director but jeannie took control and reassured us the service would run smoothly which it did.
For a highly stressful and upsetting period, Jeannie and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job at putting us at ease and supporting us throughout. The team at the funeral home are an asset and would recommend them for helping bereaved families during this time.

The entire staff at the Middlesbrough Co-Op branch were truly amazing right from the beginning until the end of the funeral. We couldn’t have asked for better staff to be looking after my brother and they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Joe and Emma from Boro in particular are an absolute credit to the Co-Op and the funeral service industry in general.
