We were very happy with the service we received beforehand and on the day of the funeral. Everyone was very reassuring and obliging. The only thing we were unhappy about was the putting together of the Order of Service. It turned out that the printers were not good at listening to the changes we wanted to make (all very straight forward since we had a template from our mother’s OoS). It created unnecessary stress for us.
