Rachel the funeral director and the entire team at Co-OP funeralcare Middlesbrough were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
They are so kind and considerate and extremely well trained in dealing with matters that need attention whilst also taking into account the emotional state of the family.
Nothing at all was too much trouble and I can honestly say they made a real difference.
So professional and so dignified throughout the entire process.

The funeral care we received was exemplary. The initial meeting with Joe set a professional and sympathetic tone. Each time we visited Rita in the chapel of rest we felt she had been well looked after. The funeral arrangements were clear and carried out to the letter and this gave the day of the funeral dignity and calm. .The service itself was brilliant with a special mention to Sarah the celebrant.All follow up matters have been handled smoothly and this has helped our family during what has been a very difficult time.

All the staff from the Middlesbrough Co-op were very helpful and friendly but I must single out Jeannie, our main Funeral Director, who was outstanding every step of the way.
They treated my late mother with great dignity and respect, kept us informed at all stages and answered any questions along the way.
On the day of the funeral itself all staff and vehicles were immaculate, prompt and ensured everything went as smoothly as possible.
