The whole process, from collecting my mum on the day of her death right through to the funeral, was conducted with total dignity and care. We were very much cared for too, which was very reassuring. Every step was very clearly explained, and we were very definitely included in the funeral planning.  Our sincere thanks go to James and all at R.B. Copping.

Emma at Coppings handled my father's funeral with real compassion and professionalism. She led us through what is an immensely difficult process with real care and calmness. They were extremely accommodating and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. They handled the funeral itself with great dignity and coped extremely well with any issues that arose. Emma is amazing, she makes what is a difficult time so calm and easy.  This was my mothers funeral, she also dealt with my father’s funeral some years ago. The communication between us was excellent and all questions however small were answered immediately. 
Emma felt like a friend after the funeral. It was a pleasure, even under the circumstances to deal with a small independent company, such a personal service.

We recently lost a loving husband, dad, grandad, family member and friend. They did a wonderful, respectful job from when he passed right up until his funeral respecting all our wishes.
