Our mother had already made plans for her own funeral, her choice of using R B Copping based on the professional and sensitive way in which they had dealt with a previous family bereavement. 

Nothing prepares a person for the death of a loved one, when it happens it’s important to know that those involved in managing such a painful process can do so with compassion and an attention to the smallest detail to ensure any stress and additional upset is avoided.

Emma and the team at Copping gently supported and coached us through preparing for the funeral. No call or question was unanswered, and on the day of the funeral the team quietly and discreetly worked diligently to ensure everything ran smoothly and was everything that Mum and the family had wanted.

We as a family have nothing but praise for everyone at R. B. Copping Funeral Service. From our first meeting with Linda who asked all the right questions and gave us guidance on all aspects of the service that  they could provide for us.  Through to the actual day itself that went without a hitch and made it a really perfect way of celebrating our Mum’s life and sending her on her final journey. Every little detail was thought about and made so easy for us. We cannot thank them enough, and would recommend their services to anyone that needs them.

Emma handled everything so well from the start . She made us feel comfortable on our initial meeting, and explained the choices that we needed to make. She kept us updated with everything, it took a lot of pressure of us. 
The actual cremation went very well, again Emma and her team were brilliant.
