Mandy has a kind and soft personality, I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure at all whilst making arrangements for my father's funeral. All details were handled promptly and efficiently and updates followed throughout by email or telephone so I felt reassured that everything was in hand.
On the day of the funeral Susan gave us a lovely welcome easing us. A personal request was met on the journey to the service which I greatly appreciated.
Susan and her team are wonderful and handle a very emotional time with dignity and compassion. Thank you
