Although Mum's funeral was held during very strange times and was a small gathering she had the funeral fit for the very special lady that she was. Nothing was too much trouble and as a family we felt we were very well looked after, everything was done the same as if there had been hundreds of mourners as opposed to just 8. We have used Susan Whymark before and would do so again without hesitation.

Under the circumstances surrounding Covid-19 and the lockdown, Susan Whymark Funeral Services did an excellent job of organising the burial and the videoing of the event. This made it possible for those not able to attend to view the entire outdoor service. A big thank you to Susan, The pallbearers, Eleanor and the camera man for all the work and energy put into this event under difficult circumstances. You did an excellent job.

Our dad died at a very challenging time with the beginning of lock down Due to coronavirus. Susan was wonderful. She kept us updated about the new guidelines and explained what that would mean. Our crematorium service at Waveney could only be with immediate family but we arranged to have it recorded so it could be shared with friends and family. It was small, intimate and still very special. 
      My three children came to see their grandad in the chapel of rest. Susan was so welcoming and even such a challenging time was made to be as natural and easy as it could have been. Dad looked lovely and the respect for him was apparent which was very comforting. 
     Susan was recommended to me by a number of different friends and I can see why they were so quick to recommend her services. 
I can wholeheartedly recommend Susan Whymark’s services, good value and a professional, personal and very kind considerate approach which is so welcome at a time when you are very vulnerable.

Kind, warm and professional. Susan Whymark Funeral Services made a very difficult time easier. They coped with attendees with special needs and a sign language interpreter with ease.

Efficient, supportive, compassionate and kind. Qualities that are so important at a time of grief.
Every member of staff I encountered exhibited these attributes, and Kelly, who guided me through the heartbreaking process of saying goodbye to my husband of 50 years, quite literally went the extra mile to ensure that everything was organised exactly as I'd wished.

I can't reiterate enough how dignified and respectful Susan and Kelly were with our son Charlie. I couldn't have asked for more and they bent over backwards for us. All preparations too for his funeral went smoothly and very professional.
