Richard guided me throughout the whole process of arranging my Dads funeral, he was very respectful and compassionate and always on hand for guidance. He had a very calming and relaxing manner which made me feel totally at ease through which was a very difficult time. Richard and the wider team at Rosedale made the whole process as stress free as possible. I did not feel any pressure to commit to anything and the family were given time to reflect and make decisions. The literature provided was very much appreciated and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble ,even now the process of collecting my Dads ashes there has been no pressure or time restrictions to collect, they are with me every step the way and I thank everyone for that. I would fully recommend Rosedale at Diss for their professionalism and compassion.

Obviously a very sad time for all of us recently when Rosedale's conducted my dear dad's funeral.
Charmaine our daughter took 100% responsibility for all the planning in a completely professional way, no easy task being that dad was her grandad.
On the day all the staff from Rosedale's were incredibly supportive and empathetic. As a family we cannot thank them enough. The respect they showed not only my dad but us too made the day proceed in a dignified way. I honestly couldn't have asked for more.
