We were treated sympathetically from the beginning to the end. It took a while for the medical examiner to get in touch and Rosedale were able to advise us on who to chase. The Christmas holidays held everything up but once we had our appointment we were able to arrange our mother's cremation within 9 days. It was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. We were very grateful.

Funeral Directors Richard Green, Christian Fairbrother and Charmaine Dunsmore bring a wealth of experience to Rosedale Funeral Home, with over 50 years of combined funeral experience. They are supported by Funeral Arranger & Administrator Kerry Welch.
Rosedale have a flexible approach to funeral arrangements and are able to offer a face-to-face arrangement at the office in their beautifully presented but practical arrangement rooms, in the comfort of your own home or by telephone, Zoom or Skype.
Parking is available for visitors directly behind the funeral home and a separate disabled entrance is also available should it be required. Rosedale’s chapel of rest where you can spend time with your loved one is available on the ground floor.
Rosedale Funeral Home offers Bereavement Support Groups, which are free to attend and open to all, regardless of what funeral director you have used. At Rosedale, the team believes that providing the very best of bereavement care goes hand in hand with helping you arrange a funeral for your loved one.

The team at Rosedale took very good care of us when Dad passed away. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to keep us informed about every detail. Charmaine was fantastic from start to finish. Began with being very welcoming at such a sudden bereavement, spoke clearly about every element of the cremation and what rosedales offer. The support was first class at every point, always in contact if I was ok, and if each step was in place successfully to my needs/requirements. Every section of cost was broken down so I knew everything that was expected. When the sad day came m, again Charmaine was amazing, from me meeting her at rosedales, to right at the end of the service. She done everything perfectly. I really couldn’t recommend rosedales and Charmaine enough.

I just want to thank everyone involved with my husband Johns funeral.
My family were very impressed with the kindness and support that you gave them and me.
You were so helpful with how we wanted the service to be with John being Greek especially, the Website so that the relations in Greece could also be involved. And of course ours sons and Grandchildren could also participate with saying goodbye to their Father and Grandad.
Everyone who attended have said how lovely everything was and John could not have had a better farewell! Thankyou again Rosedale
