All the staff at Rosedale Funeral Home are superb and are expert in their roles.  Richard Green put my son and I at ease on first meeting him.  He was calm, caring, sensitive, friendly and very helpful.  He helped us through a very difficult chat about funeral arrangements for my late husband, making it a very personable experience.  We weren’t rushed at all and weren’t pushed into making some decisions there and then.  He was clear about the procedure on the day of the funeral, which took place smoothly, without a hitch.   I also met Charmaine, who again was caring and sensitive with emotional things I discussed with her.  
For a very emotional and difficult task, I give Rosedale Funeral Home my full recommendation to anyone going through bereavement and having to make funeral arrangements.  I’m very grateful to have had a difficult experience made much easier during an emotional time.
