A big thank you to Charmaine who helped us to organise the service for our mother Angela Rippingall, and took care of all the details including printing the service sheet, and tactfully offering suggestions when we needed help. As a result the cremation service went off so well and big thanks also go to Andrew Fairweather, celebrant, who took the service with great dignity and made us feel very calm and comfortable.

It is such a terribly difficult situation you find yourself in and the idea of being able to arrange and get through the funeral seems impossible. Christian and his team guided us through the whole process gently and so respectfully, that by the time the day came we knew we would get through it. We can't thank them enough. The Hamill Family

I was grateful especially to Charmaine Dunsmore for her personal help and extraordinary patience with me at an extremely difficult time. She was there every part of the way when I needed someone to guide me.......I have told my family that when it is my time to go they must ensure Charmaine is the person to make contact with so that I can join my husband John in peace and tranquility with Charmaine in charge, God willing. The service we received was respectful, courteous and the staff were very informative and customer focused. We were given time to decide where choice was available and last minute changes were dealt with perfectly. Thank you to all involved.

You were impeccable on the day. Punctual at the house and with the viewing in the church. The carrying of the coffin was professionally done and the lowering of the coffin into the grave was perfect.
However it was often difficult to get hold of Charmaine and her colleagues did not know the answers. The choice of the plot caused Rick some distress. The plot did not match up with the map of the cemetery and Melissa at the council was more helpful with this allocating me a nearby one away from the dog walker track.
Also in the church we noticed at the front of the coffin on right hand side there was a large chip but we were not told about this.
However we would still recommend you and thank you for your care. RICCARDO.

Rosedales were excellent.
They listened to what we wanted and then put a plan in place to make it happen.
We were very lucky to have them to take my wife on her last journey with dignity.
The whole team, including the celebrant and florist were superb.
I don't think my words can adequately thank Rosedales for their service.

I can not sing the praises of Christian and his team at Rosedale in the planning and execution of my Dad's funeral. They were exceptional in every way.
Highly professional, respectful, compassionate and kind.
Nothing was too much trouble and they carried out our wishes to the 'T'.
