I highly recommend Rosedale. Charmaine and all staff understood and gave me everything needed at such a very difficult time. From the moment of contact, I felt cared for and confident I could leave it all in their hands. I had lots of contact all through. David's funeral left us all feeling it was just right for him, which takes empathy and sensitivity.

From start to finish Charmaine and the team were very professional, friendly and kind. Listened to what we as a family wanted and then did their utmost to carry out our wishes. Originally established in 2004 by Anne & Simon Beckett-Allen, Rosedale Funeral Home is renowned for producing a fitting tribute for your loved one, ensuring a high quality service and the best bereavement support during this difficult time.
Funeral Directors Richard Green, Christian Fairbrother and Charmaine Dunsmore bring a wealth of experience to Rosedale Funeral Home, with over 50 years of combined funeral experience. They are supported by Funeral Arranger & Administrator Kerry Welch.
Rosedale have a flexible approach to funeral arrangements and are able to offer a face-to-face arrangement at the office in their beautifully presented but practical arrangement rooms, in the comfort of your own home or by telephone, Zoom or Skype.
Parking is available for visitors directly behind the funeral home and a separate disabled entrance is also available should it be required. Rosedale’s chapel of rest where you can spend time with your loved one is available on the ground floor.
Rosedale Funeral Home offers Bereavement Support Groups, which are free to attend and open to all, regardless of what funeral director you have used. At Rosedale, the team believes that providing the very best of bereavement care goes hand in hand with helping you arrange a funeral for your loved one.

From our very first contact through to the final farewell, the team at Rosedale in Diss were totally professional. Their empathy, and attention to detail made a difficult time far more manageable. Dad was treated with dignity and respect throughout, and we are deeply grateful for the care shown to him and to us as a family. Additional thanks to Charmaine and Keith, whose kindness and support meant so much. We would recommend Rosedale without hesitation to anyone in the area seeking compassionate and well-organized funeral care.

My husband was very young when he died and the circumstances surrounding his death were very sudden and traumatic. Rosedale treated me with utter kindness, compassion and care, and treated Carl with dignity and respect whilst he was in their care. They made the whole process as straightforward as possible, offered me advice and support at every step of the way, and used careful consideration when selecting a celebrant for me, who understood my position and was able to support me before, during and after the service. Everything was taken care of for me so at Carl’s service I could focus on supporting our children and honouring his memory in the way we wanted. The service was beautiful and I am so grateful to Rosedale for supporting us and helping us through it. I could not have coped without them.

Charmaine and the Team made this sad occasion easier to cope with regarding the arrangements. Everything we asked for was done and delivered with care and complete compassion. On the day they were so professional and caring. Honestly I cannot recommend Rosedale enough for all they did and for their support.

I can't thank charmaine&rosedale enough for the care shown to Diane after her sudden death. Also for looking after all the funeral arrangements.
Nothing was to much trouble for charmaine, phone calls ,emails all delt with compassion shown to Diane, myself &family.
Everything went smoothly on day of funeral with attention to detail, dignity & respect .
My wifes death has been a great upset, but i take comfort in her final care with rosedale.

The care and compassion shown by Rosedale Funeral Home was truly exceptional.
At such a daunting and distressing time for me, I honestly felt as though they were holding my hand whilst gently guiding me throughout.
I cannot recommend them more highly, and I will never forget their support, kindness, care and professionalism.

Everything was very professional. Charmaine was really understanding as we live 4hours away and it wasn't easy to be there all the time but she found a way around that and helped us all the time. On the day the funeral went off jus as we had requested. We would recommend Rosedale to anyone.

Mum moved to a local care home a few years ago and I transferred her funeral plan to Rosedale.
Christian and his team were brilliant, accommodating our choices and giving Mum and ourselves an excellent service.

Charmaine and her team were all excellent during this difficult time. Charmaine explained everything clearly and showed compassion throughout. She took so much of the stress away as she organised so much prior to the funeral and on the day. We would highly recommend Rosedale.

Christian was especially helpful—his compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process much more bearable for our family.
