From the very first meeting at the Funeral Home my husband and I felt that we were in good hands. Although the funeral arrangements had been set out by our deceased friend everything was explained to us. Everything was handled professionally and the funeral was beautiful. We would have no hesitation of recommending Rosedale to our friends

Didn't start off well at the first meeting due to a misunderstanding but the arrangements from then on and the service on the day were good.

Disappointed that I was sent another invoice for further charges after final payments had already been made but Christian did sort it out for us and send a revised invoice.

Only one very small thing that I would like to mention -I don't think its necessary to have Rosedale's name advertised on the donation box for mourners at the crematorium.

Thankfully I had no previous experience of organising a funeral, but it did mean that I had no idea what to expect, what needed to be organised or how it worked. As the anxiety kicked in of what I needed to do, thankfully Rosedale came to our rescue. Right from our very first meeting they were nothing but courteous, professional and respectful. But beyond that, they cared, not just about the funeral, but us as a family. Rosedales made the most difficult of times much more bearable and above all made the funeral itself, beautiful. On several occasions we were happily surprised at their attention to detail and how they went above and beyond on several occasions. When the sad time arises for their services again, I shall have no hesitation in instructing Rosedale. Thank you for making our sons funeral so beautiful as it made saying goodbye just a little bit easier.

We honestly cannot fault the way my Fathers funeral was dealt with by Rosedale Funeral Home, we were treated with kindness and compassion from our first contact with them up to and including the day of the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went over and above to accommodate our wishes. The funeral itself was carried out with the upmost dignity and I would recommend them to anyone.
