My mum passed away in a hospice and from that day Gerry at co op funeral care took my mum into their care first meeting was organised for the next day and Gerry made the whole process so easy everything was organised for me and he answered all the questions I had everything my mum had wished for done.  He gave me the contact details for both the florist and the printers they also organised for a photo tribute to be played on the day to music I had chosen.

Gerry and the team were extremely professional and respectful of my mum.  I went to see my mum for the last time and Gerry was there to provide me with emotional support.  I can’t thank Gerry and the team enough for helping me through what is and was a very difficult time for me.  I am so glad I chose the Co op Dalkeith as there are a few funeral directors in the area.  Thank you again 🙏

Laura at dalkeith funeralcare was amazing, she made an extremely hard and emotional time as easy as possible. She was compassionate and understanding, she recommended an amazing celebrant who did a beautiful service for my sister. Lorraine in the Dalkrith office is so fantastic at her job, professional, caring understanding and knowledgeable. Lorraine guided my us through all the details explaining everything in detail. We fully understood everything that was required and how much everything would cost. I came back to you due to the excellent experience and service Lorraine provided 6 years ago for my father's funeral. I was looking at other directors but once I knew Lorraine was still with your company I knew the trust and support Lorraine previously provided was second to none. Her care and attention to detail at this very difficult time, provided so much comfort to me personally. The way she spoke about my Mum and Dad meant so much, knowing she would look after them during there time with you. Lorraine's excellent customer service meant I came back to your company. Lorraine is brilliant at her job.
