Tom Osborne – Founder
Founder Tom Osborne has worked within the funeral profession for more than 27 years, beginning as a casual driver before progressing through funeral arranging, administration, funeral directing and management. His experience has shaped Abercorn's philosophy of treating every family with kindness, patience and respect while giving them the time and support to make decisions that are right for them.
Marie DeMarco – Founder
Co-founder Marie DeMarco brings extensive experience as a senior funeral arranger and is passionate about creating a supportive environment where families feel genuinely cared for. She believes Abercorn's hand-picked team works as an extended family, treating every loved one entrusted to their care as if they were one of their own, regardless of the funeral package selected.
Elaine Carr – Funeral Arranger
With over 12 years in the funeral profession and a previous nursing background, Funeral Arranger Elaine Carr combines professional knowledge with exceptional compassion. Having worked across several respected funeral businesses, she values Abercorn's shared commitment to providing every family with kindness, respect and outstanding personal care throughout the funeral journey.
Doreen Hamilton – Funeral Arranger
