Thank you for making a very sad and difficult time a lot easier. Everyone involved in the planning was very friendly and helpful, and always at the end of the phone if we needed them. On the day the undertakers did a lovely job, they were very respectful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much again, for everything

The coop managed my dad’s funeral and this went really well. Mum had pre planned her own funeral with them and 11 years later we had the same thing excellent service from the team during a very difficult and emotional time.

Holly was very helpful and responsive. She is also very pleasant to work with. 

Jill is a caring and skilled celebrant. She is a pleasure to work with. 

The only constructive criticism I have is about the photo tribute. On the day of the funeral the photo tribute did not include all the photographs. We had paid extra to have 33 photographs. I would suggest that the customer is shown the photo tribute prior to the service to avoid this happening.

The Co-op funeral service is second to none outstanding very kind compassionate people all of them , I would not hesitate to recommend this company, they made such a sad occasion a lot easier as they took the worry away - Holly who dealt with us from the start was just a lovely lady and so helpful nothing was too much trouble for her or any of the staff, the drivers of the hearse and limo on the day of my mums funeral were just lovely really lovely and they have her a beautiful send off
