All went very well.From the initial visit to the shop where Lynne sorted out everything we needed to the Funeral.
On the funeral day the Co op staff were all polite and courteous. Steering us politely to where we needed to be.
Jacqueline ŵas advising where necessary helpful suggestions.
The Minister Mike Pritchard gave a lovely service.It was a lovely sunny day.
Couldn't have wished for a better funeral for my mum

All the staff at Coop Funeralcare were wonderful at a very distressing time. The funeral was manged with courtesy and discretion. They really cared about us.

Every thing that was needed was done on time and in a professional manner. The staff did not stop communicating with us even when it was raining. Everything was explained to us.

Very pleased with them, throughout the whole procedure leading up to my mother's funeral, and the funeral itself was very good and thought out.
However, I am still waiting to hear about the 'inscription' which is letting them down a bit.

I feel very pleased and thankful for the care given to myself , an extremely hard time was handled with knowledge, friendship and consideration to my needs and situation. When i saw my husband he was peaceful and looked well cared for and I found that very comforting. I would have no hesitation in recommending Walthamstow coop funeral care to family and friends.

The service we received from approaching Walthamstow Co-Operative Funeralcare during COVID-19 to the day of My Late Husband's Burial was nothing short of excellent. Shelley, Lynne & all other colleagues were all attentative, patient, empathetic & comforting to our needs. We never felt that we were bothering anyone or being demanding amidst all of our questions and uncertainty. We will forever be grateful for how our Dearly Departed was dealt with the upmost dignity. Lynne was extremely helpful and considerate taking the time to run through our funeral requirements for my sister especially as this was the first time I had organised one. She went through every little bit of detail to make the funeral was exactly how we wanted it. Great service.
