I can't recommend Stoneman's in Godstone highly enough. Pauline treated me with compassion and empathy from our first phone call. She guided me though the process ensuring I understood what was happening at all times, explaining what my options were and making suggestions where she could add her personal knowledge and understanding of what I was going through. She made a very tough time a lot easier to deal with.

Pauline at the Godstone parlour has been exceptional throughout the whole process of guiding me through organising my Fathers funeral. Pauline was always there to advise and comfort me when I needed it. Such a horrible emotional time but certainly helped by working with a lovely, courteous and compassionate lady. Thank you Pauline. On the day of the funeral all the staff, especially Robert, were very courteous and polite. Stoneman Funeral Service is a lovely Company to have look after you at a time of need.
