Miss Fiona Nuttall was highly professional and extremely sensitive to my state of bereavement. I can't thank her enough for having been so understanding of my needs at that difficult time.

Kelly from the Ealing Funeralcare Pitshanger Lane branch supported my family after the passing of my sister. Her service and manner were excellent. She intuitively responded to our needs, and contacted us in a calm and timely manner. She helped us keep to various deadlines in order to create an excellent funeral, and made the experience a lot less stressful. I'm glad that the Co-op have such a wonderful person to manage this difficult time for bereaved families. The funeral director Stephanie, and everyone else involved, were brilliant too. The only suggestion I would make is to the third party who created the tribute/memorial website. My daughter designed her own website in the end, simply because she wanted to create something that had more character and reflected my sister's personality. I wonder if there is another service to create a more personal website. I think this is especially important during the pandemic, the website being the only place to grieve for many who cannot attend the funeral. Thanks again for all the support.

My brother and I were made to feel at ease as soon as we stepped through the door. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff were very helpful-especially Debbie who kept me informed every step of the way. We got on so well I invited her to my mum’s funeral.

The help and advice that we received from Kingston branch ( Mainly Charli ) was brilliant, cannot fault it. We originally went to Walton-on-Thames branch having made an appointment, but on arrival the place was shut. After contacting Kingston they made an arrangement for Sebastion ( Putney branch) to meet us at Walton. He was wonderful. We greatly appreciate all the help that they gave us. The guys with the funeral cars were also wonderful, helpful, respectful gave us a lot of confidence at such a sad occasion. Thank you everyone.
