Standard Simple Funeral

Service includes:

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Thank you to Annika for looking after my mum, she is missed everyday. You both are amazing and made me feel important just as much as mum. When I saw mum in the Chapel of Rest she was so peaceful and looked like she was sleeping. All the paperwork is worth everything for the service you offer and the whole process has been hard but worth t with perfection. Collecting my mum ashes showed the chapter had ended but for everyone who has Annika looking after their relative believe and trust me your loved one will treated like Annika' family closely. Funeral day I had Stephanie as the Funeral Director who looked after me and mum, she put me so much as ease. Sorry for waffling but its true and come from my heart. Not enough thank-yous in the world

Annika has been absolutely amazing from the first appointment right through to the funeral.

I felt like Dad and indeed our family were being so cared for by Annika. I really felt like Dad was at peace in their funeral home and after seeing him for the last time before the funeral I also felt at peace leaving him in their care.

They made him look so smart in the suit he wore for my wedding and nothing was too much trouble. From all of the advice to step by step guidance I really felt like they cared.

Everything about the day of the funeral was beautiful and the funeral director lady was so lovely too. She actually called me a few days after just to see how I was doing.

Absolutely first class service and lovely people.
