I cannot praise the service you provided for my mother's funeral highly enough. Christine, at Bromley, was so kind, patient and professional. Her attention to detail was much appreciated. Amanda in your Beckenham branch was exceptionally sensitive and thoughtful when we viewed mum the day before the funeral. On the day of the funeral Sam and his colleagues helped us cope by being so kind, respectful and professional. Maria, the celebrant, was brilliant. I don't know how she did it but when she spoke about mum it was as if she knew her. Contact with your other staff over the phone has also been sympathetic and efficient. My whole family would like to express our thanks to you for making the whole experience uplifting and a celebration of Trixie's life. Many thanks Sheila Baker.
