We have been very happy with Albins from day 1 with our meeting with Christine. They have been extremely helpful at the welling branch and even if you call and go through to another branch. Always happy for you to call with any concerns from day 1. All at Albins from Christine to the men who brought dad to the crematorium have been extremely respectful.

I would just like to say a very big thankyou to everyone at albins. The treatment we received there was outstanding. Chris and dawn were so compassionate and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel like part of a family rather than customers. On the day of my dads funeral eveything went so smoothly, it made a differcult day bearable. I would also like to thank Alfie and the boys, they to were outstanding and so caring and compassionate. A funeral is the last opportunity to say your goodbye to your loved one, therefore it has to be memorable and special. F.A.Albins did exactly that, the care, support and attention to detail from taking dad into their care until his service on the day was second to none.

Christine and Dawn in the office were caring, friendly and welcoming. They were supportive and had the answers to every question I had, and helped me to make the right decisions.

George and his team on the day of the funeral made sure that everything was on time and perfect. George also ensured that some extra requests I made were followed by the rest of the congregation.

F.A. Albins tended to my mother's funeral in 2020, so I knew my dad would be in good hands and I wasn't dissappointed.

I am very grateful to all the team.

We dealt with the branch at Welling, Chrissy and Dawn where so kind and fantastic at their jobs. The service they provided was second to none. They helped us make my mums last journey, a journey to remember. So a big thank you to the staff at Welling and Bermondsey. Jamie, who lead the service was very professional, caring and so was the rest of the team on the day. Can’t say thank you enough.

From the moment we walked into the office we felt cared for. Christine and Dawn were amazing. They thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us up to date with arrangements as we went along. 
On the day of the funeral Steve and his team were excellent. They were respectful and professional throughout. The little touch of leaving a red rose on the door as the cortège left the house was so thoughtful. 
The celebrant who was arranged by Dawn was so kind and caring. The service was beautiful and a very fitting tribute to our Mum. 
All the staff at Albins made a difficult day so much easier to bear for us all. Thank you so much.

FA Albins are simply the best Funeral directors. Our family has used them for generations and we would not go anywhere else. They are professional in everything they do from assisting and guiding with the funeral arrangements to the conducting the final journey of our loved ones. Dawn and Christine, at Albins Welling, are wonderful! They guided us through the funeral process and helped us understand what to expect. Everything was so straight forward and they made it so it was completely stress-free.The way they treated our loved one was as if was their family too. We couldn't have asked for a better send off for our favourite man, and that is all thanks to Dawn! The Albins boys who drove the funeral cars and led the horse and carriage were so supportive and accommodating, overall a wonderful team! Thank you for making this difficult time, that little bit easier.

I cannot recommend F.A. Albin highly enough.  Christine and Dawn looked after us from the outset with care and kindness, nothing was too much trouble.  The team in Rotherhithe took care of my loved one and he looked amazing when we saw him to pay our respects, he looked better than he had in hospital.  On the day itself the team were just incredible, everything was so well organised and we didn’t have to worry about a thing and they were incredibly respectful and kind.  I can’t thank F.A. Superb compassion, respect, kindness and help from the first phone call I made and throughout the planning of my dear Dad's funeral. All staff were extremely professional. Christine and Dawn were always available to help and guide us, making regular phone calls to us, to help and inform us throughout. The team on the day of Dad's funeral were courteous, professional and kind. Albins gave Dad a well deserved VIP funeral. Can't recommend Albins enough.
