Well what can I say from the early hours on a Sunday morning in December when Dean and Greg came to pickup dad up I knew this was the right company to use, they were so caring and said they would look after dad while his was in  their care and they kept to their word. Monday morning Chris from the office called to explain all the next steps, again so caring and always asked if I had any questions, from then on Chris was my number one lady to go to, was always helpful, calm and loving nothing was every to much trouble and always replied to emails so promptly a credit to Albins, oh and dads final journey went pass the shop and there was Chris outside head bowed what a lovely touch.
Then day of funeral we were greeted at home by George and his crew again an amazing team everything was done to what we wanted, as we left the house a rose was put on the door, George let my grandson walk with him in front of the hearse and showed him exactly what to do what a proud moment for him and this will be with him and us for the rest of our lives.
Albins should be very proud of all the staff the respect they gave dad and  all of us, nothing was too much trouble  from start to finish. I will recommend to everyone thank you from bottom of my heart. Keep up your amazing work great team Thank so much Mel x

Albins were absolutely wonderful during an incredibly difficult time. From start to finish, they were kind, sensitive, and genuinely caring while helping me arrange my nan’s funeral. Nothing felt rushed, and every detail was handled with compassion and respect. I am are truly grateful for their support.

Have used Albins over many years. They absolutely think of everything. If I could have put 10 stars I would have. From the ladies at the funeral home to the guys that looked after us on the day. My husband and all of the people that came to the service were treated with the utmost respect. Thank you all so much.

Hello, we were very impressed and truly grateful for the speed with which Simon was able to take our dad from the nursing home into your care. On that day, we had the wedding of my son (who lives in New York) and the call to my sister regarding my dad's death was difficult enough to deal with. The meeting with Christine and her work in the organisation of the support by Albins, the Order of Service and all the final details was superb.

My only comment would be that for some reason the funeral car with myself, my Uncle and sisters stopped at Kemnal Greenacres so we could use the facilities but then unfortunately drove up to the entrance to the chapel so we all had to then walk this last section. Having said that, Alfie made a huge effort on the way to Kemnal to pass by my father's favourite place and local bowls club to lay a flower.

We were so pleased we chose Albins to look after my dad's final journey.

We have been very happy with Albins from day 1 with our meeting with Christine. They have been extremely helpful at the welling branch and even if you call and go through to another branch. Always happy for you to call with any concerns from day 1. All at Albins from Christine to the men who brought dad to the crematorium have been extremely respectful.

Their kindness and understanding helped me and my whole family through this difficult time. The protocols and disciplines the team have in place during these sad and solemn ordeals are autonomous to them and they carry out with such determination and forgiving to those people around them, and our day went along easily, calmly and with great  sympathy. Chris and dawn were so compassionate and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel like part of a family rather than customers. A funeral is the last opportunity to say your goodbye to your loved one, therefore it has to be memorable and special. F.A.Albins did exactly that, the care, support and attention to detail from taking dad into their care until his service on the day was second to none.

Christine and Dawn in the office were caring, friendly and welcoming. They were supportive and had the answers to every question I had, and helped me to make the right decisions.

George and his team on the day of the funeral made sure that everything was on time and perfect. George also ensured that some extra requests I made were followed by the rest of the congregation.

F.A. Albins tended to my mother's funeral in 2020, so I knew my dad would be in good hands and I wasn't dissappointed.

I am very grateful to all the team.

We dealt with the branch at Welling, Chrissy and Dawn where so kind and fantastic at their jobs. The service they provided was second to none. They helped us make my mums last journey, a journey to remember. So a big thank you to the staff at Welling and Bermondsey. From the moment we walked into the office we felt cared for. Christine and Dawn were amazing. They thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept us up to date with arrangements as we went along. 
On the day of the funeral Steve and his team were excellent. They were respectful and professional throughout. The little touch of leaving a red rose on the door as the cortège left the house was so thoughtful. 
The celebrant who was arranged by Dawn was so kind and caring. The service was beautiful and a very fitting tribute to our Mum.
